Modern Slavery
At Terraform Architects, our philosophy of 'Live in Balance' extends to the ethical treatment of every individual involved in bringing our designs to life.

In compliance with Article 23 of the Constitution of India and the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, forced labor, and exploitative practices within our firm, contracting networks, and material supply chains.

-
Ethical Contracting & Labor: We strictly oppose forced labor, human trafficking, or exploitative employment. All site workers, tradespeople, and artisans deployed across our interior and architectural projects must be employed voluntarily and compensated fairly.
 -
Vetted Supply Chain: We hold our material vendors, specialized consultants, and civil contractors to these identical ethical benchmarks, reserving the right to disengage from partners who compromise on legal compliance.
Â
We are committed to ensuring that all employment is voluntary, minimum wage standards are upheld, and safe, dignified working conditions are provided on every project site we oversee.
